APM32F103xDxE
APM32F103xDxE Series MCU, based on 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, with a maximum operating frequency of 96MHz, supports FPU floating-point operation unit, configures enhanced external memory controller eMMC, supports USB and CAN interface at the same time. It integrates on-chip memory, timer, data converter and other peripheral interfaces, and has the characteristics of low power consumption, large capacity, good portability, fast flash erase / programming speed, etc. At present, it has passed the IEC 61508 SIL2 certification and USB-IF certification, which meets the high-reliability standard of industrial grade. It is applicable to model aircraft, hand-held cradle head, scanning code gun, alarm, code lock, electronic scale and other fields.
