The APM32A103 automotive-grade MCUs based on Arm Cortex-M3 core with integrated 256KB Flash, 128KB SRAM, and abundant storage to meet the demand of large-capacity cache for automotive applications. It provides "dual CAN" communication interface and complies with 2.0A and 2.0 specification, communication rates up to 1Mbit/s. It supports independent USB and CAN, which is suitable for a wide range of car terminals and helps customers to expand more automotive scenarios. Certified AEC-Q100, it has been successfully applied in automotive fields such as Car Reversing Aid System, Window Lifter, BMS, Automobile Electric Tailgate System, BMS, Car Navigation, Automobile Instrument, T-BOX and Interior Atmosphere Lamp.
Based on a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, the APM32E103xE industrial-grade enhanced MCU is upgraded on the Geehy APM32F103xE series. Its operating frequency can reach 120MHz, the power supply is from 2.0V to 3.6V, and the operating temperature covers -40℃ to +105℃, helping products to operate stably in industrial-grade temperature scenarios. The new APM32E103xE is equipped with rich on-chip resources and can bring better choices for users' applications with enhanced functions and cost-effective performance.

APM32F103x4x6x8xB Series MCU is based on 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, has strong computing efficiency and excellent power efficiency. It is equipped with enhanced external memory controller eMMC to support external expansion of SDRAM. It has enhanced peripheral function to support the simultaneous use of USB and can interfaces. The built-in FPU can effectively improve the speed of single-precision floating-point operation. It has passed China IEC61508 SIL3 certification and USB-IF test, and meets the industrial high-reliability standard. It has been successfully applied in electric bicycle, BMS battery management, sweeper, printer and automobile diagnostic instrument.
APM32F103xC series MCU is based on 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M3 cores, built-in 2 CAN, compatible with 2.0A and 2.0B(active) specifications, communication rate up to 1Mbit/s, in the initialization of two controllers are activated at the same time, using two buses at the same time transmission, increase about 1 time the communication bandwidth, ensure the reliability of communication and improve real-time; Support using both USB and CAN interfaces, help to expand a variety of industrial and automotive application scenarios.
APM32F103xDxE Series MCU, based on 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, with a maximum operating frequency of 96MHz, supports FPU floating-point operation unit, configures enhanced external memory controller eMMC, supports USB and CAN interface at the same time. It integrates on-chip memory, timer, data converter and other peripheral interfaces, and has the characteristics of low power consumption, large capacity, good portability, fast flash erase / programming speed, etc. At present, it has passed the IEC 61508 SIL2 certification and USB-IF certification, which meets the high-reliability standard of industrial grade. It is applicable to model aircraft, hand-held cradle head, scanning code gun, alarm, code lock, electronic scale and other fields.
Focusing on the application innovation of connection transmission and real-time performance, the industrial-grade APM32F105/F107 connectivity MCU is based on Arm® Cortex®-M3 cores, operating at 96MHz with powerful and stable computing performance. With built-in 256KB Flash and 64KB SRAM, it supports U(S)RAT, SPI, I2S, I2C, and other communication peripherals, providing a dual CAN bus and USB OTG_FS interface. Meanwhile, the F107 series provides an Ethernet MAC controller, which is compatible with the IEEE-802.3-2002 protocol. By using MII or RMII for Ethernet LAN communication, this series can provide excellent communication interconnection for user products.
Based on a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, the APM32S103x8xB series MCUs come with computing frequency up to 96MHz and a working temperature range of -40℃ to +105℃, helping products operate stably in industrial-grade temperature scenarios.
